A Message from the President

As the new owner and President of Campbell Company, I am truly blessed to have acquired a company with 32 years of impeccable performance as well as one of the most knowledgeable and professional sales engineering teams in the mission critical industry. Prior to joining Campbell Company, I was Vice President of Strategic Marketing for DVL, Inc. the leading Liebert Representative Company in the Philadelphia, PA Region, where I focused on supporting and communicating with Mission Critical Enterprise customers, channel partners and electrical and mechanical contractor partners.  Filling Jim Strang’s shoes will be challenging as he brought extensive management and engineering expertise to Campbell. Given the opportunity, I have committed all of my resources and years of marketing and management experience to running Campbell and keeping it on the same track that Jim and previous owners have followed- Honesty, Integrity and 110% commitment to supporting and maintaining mission critical infrastructure for our strategic customers and business partners.

As other owners in the past responded to the question, “What does Campbell Company do?” I will give the same answer, "The Company is much more than just a manufacturer’s representative."

The usual Campbell Company client has made, or is making, a substantial investment in electronic equipment. Commonly that equipment is critical to the success of the client's organization. As advancing technology, new applications and more demanding users drive change across the computer network, our role is to provide the right power, air conditioning, rack or monitoring solution for your mission critical systems. Reliability is essential.

33 years in the making, Campbell Company has acquired or developed the extensive resources needed to assure that its clients will have the entire infrastructure required to protect that investment and allow 7 x 24 operating reliability.

We have the technical expertise to lead the client or his engineer in designing the protection systems, selecting appropriate equipment, overseeing or even performing equipment installation and startup, and performing maintenance and repair services over the life of the equipment. It is a broad capability.

Further, we have the great honor to represent, on an exclusive basis, world leading manufacturers of precision cooling, power protection, power distribution and monitoring equipment. Companies like Liebert, Emerson Network Power and Engineered Data Products.

I am proud of our staff. They are professional, talented and, most importantly, dedicated to exceeding the customer’s expectations. We are elated when the client has nothing but positive experiences when working with us. But problems are inevitable. We consider problems as opportunities to demonstrate what sets us apart from our competition.

But what I say about Campbell makes no difference at all. It is only what our customers say that counts. To that end I would consider it a personal favor to receive any recommendation for making Campbell a greater asset to your company. Lets face it, if we aren’t helping your company be a success, then we have failed and you don’t need us. Campbell has not been built on failure.
